Nutrition Coaching

Nutritional guidance is an essential part of your training program. This is NOT a meal plan or the latest “fad diet”. I will not ask you starve yourself or eat seaweed chips (unless you reallllllly want to), while completely giving up the foods you enjoy eating. Instead, I provide effective nutrition strategies that fit your preferences and help you eat to support your fitness goals. In addition to these strategies, I simplify the fundamentals of nutritional science so that you can make informed decisions on your own and develop eating habits that fit your lifestyle!
